We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you don’t love your tea, return it for free, even if opened, provided less than 10% has been consumed.
How returns & refunds work
To start a return, email support@goodnesstea.com.au. Wait for approval before sending anything back. We’ll provide a prepaid return label and instructions. Returns without approval won’t be accepted.
For damaged, faulty, or incorrect items, contact us immediately so we can resolve it quickly. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days of approval. If you haven’t received it after 10 business days, please follow up.
