Why we began

We wanted tea to feel honest again.

Goodness Tea began at local markets with a simple frustration. Big-brand supermarket tea had made dusty leaves, cheap fillers and artificial flavourings seem normal. We believed tea deserved better.

We set out to make premium organic tea with whole leaves and real ingredients, chosen for flavour rather than the lowest price.

Real ingredients, no shortcuts

Let the ingredients speak.

We offer premium organic loose-leaf blends and carefully selected single-origin teas. Whole leaves, herbs, fruit and flowers bring their own character, so the ingredients are easy to recognise.

We choose certified organic teas and botanicals for aroma, balance and flavour. Our Earl Grey uses organic bergamot oil. Blends that feature apple contain real organic chopped apple.

No artificial flavourings. No cheap fillers. Just thoughtfully chosen ingredients, packed fresh in Australia.

A simple standard

Tea without the shortcuts.

Every tea starts with one question: would we be proud to share it with our family and customers?

We consider the quality of the leaf, the aroma, the balance and the way each ingredient works together. If a blend says apple, it should taste of real apple. If it says bergamot, it should carry the bright character of organic bergamot oil.

That is how we keep our range honest, distinctive and worth coming back to.
