Shipping Policy

We take great care to ensure that every order is delivered safely, promptly, and with the level of attention to detail you expect from us.

Shipping Within Australia

All orders are dispatched from our studio in Melbourne, Australia. We send exclusively with Australia Post.

• Standard Shipping: 2–5 business days to most metro areas, once dispatched.
• Express Shipping: 1–2 business days to most metro areas, once dispatched.
• Free Shipping: Complimentary on all orders over $75.

We offer delivery to residential addresses, business addresses, PO Boxes, and Parcel Lockers Australia-wide. All deliveries require a signature on receipt to ensure your order reaches you safely.

Dispatch Time

Orders are carefully prepared and dispatched within 2 business days. You will receive tracking information once your parcel has left our studio.

Pre-Orders

Some of our teas and blends are available on a pre-order basis. These items will be shipped in accordance with the estimated dispatch date provided at the time of purchase. If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, the entire order will be shipped together once all items are available, unless otherwise arranged.

Delays & Lost Parcels

If your parcel has not shown any tracking movement for 10 business days, please contact us. We will investigate with Australia Post and, in most cases, arrange a replacement promptly.

Return to Sender

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, a re-delivery fee will apply. This covers the cost of re-shipping to the correct address.
