Shipping Information:

All orders are prepared and shipped from our Mornington Peninsula workshop via Australia Post.

Standard shipping is available for a flat rate of $9.95, with free standard shipping on orders over $75.

Express shipping is also available for a flat rate of $14.95.

Orders are dispatched within 2 business days. You’ll receive tracking details once your parcel leaves us.

If your parcel is delayed or shows no tracking updates for 10 business days, contact us — we’ll investigate and arrange a replacement if needed. A re-delivery fee may apply for parcels returned to us due to an incorrect address or non-collection.

Our 30-Day Return Policy:

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you don’t love your tea, return it for free — even if opened — provided less than 10% has been consumed.

To start a return, email support@goodnesstea.com.au. Wait for approval before sending anything back. We’ll provide a prepaid return label and instructions. Returns without approval won’t be accepted.

For damaged, faulty, or incorrect items, contact us immediately so we can resolve it quickly. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days of approval. If you haven’t received it after 10 business days, please follow up.

Our teas are sealed in premium foil pouches that lock in freshness and protect delicate flavours. These pouches are fully recyclable, with every element of our packaging designed for sustainability.

We minimise plastic use wherever possible, choosing materials with care for both quality and environmental impact.

Designed to bring comfort and serenity, The Unwind Blend combines the naturally honeyed warmth of rooibos with fragrant cinnamon, spicy ginger, and floral cardamom. The result is a perfectly balanced herbal infusion – rich, spiced, and lightly sweet, creating a sense of ease and harmony. Lavender flowers elevate the blend, adding a gentle floral softness that enhances its aromatic depth.

With cinnamon essential oil bringing a final touch of warmth, this caffeine-free tea is ideal for moments of quiet reflection or as a soothing evening cup. Whether sipped slowly to savour its complex layers or enjoyed as part of a calming ritual, it offers a beautifully grounding experience.

Ingredients

  • 40% Green Rooibos Tea
    Naturally sweet, earthy, grounding
  • 20% Cinnamon Chips
    Warm, comforting, gently spiced
  • 15% Ginger Root
    Adding subtle heat and depth
  • 15% Cardamom Pods
    Floral, aromatic, creating balance
  • 10% Lavender Flowers
    Soft, fragrant, enhancing elegance
  • Cinnamon Essential Oil
    Deepens the warmth, bringing harmony

Brewing Instructions:

    Steep for 5–6 minutes.
