Shipping Information:

All orders are prepared and shipped from our Mornington Peninsula workshop via Australia Post.

Standard shipping is available for a flat rate of $9.95, with free standard shipping on orders over $75.

Express shipping is also available for a flat rate of $14.95.

Orders are dispatched within 2 business days. You’ll receive tracking details once your parcel leaves us.

If your parcel is delayed or shows no tracking updates for 10 business days, contact us — we’ll investigate and arrange a replacement if needed. A re-delivery fee may apply for parcels returned to us due to an incorrect address or non-collection.

Our 30-Day Return Policy:

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you don’t love your tea, return it for free — even if opened — provided less than 10% has been consumed.

To start a return, email support@goodnesstea.com.au. Wait for approval before sending anything back. We’ll provide a prepaid return label and instructions. Returns without approval won’t be accepted.

For damaged, faulty, or incorrect items, contact us immediately so we can resolve it quickly. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days of approval. If you haven’t received it after 10 business days, please follow up.

Our teas are sealed in premium foil pouches that lock in freshness and protect delicate flavours. These pouches are fully recyclable, with every element of our packaging designed for sustainability.

We minimise plastic use wherever possible, choosing materials with care for both quality and environmental impact.

Our photography and packaging may subtly vary in colour, shape, or design from the product you receive. These variations reflect the natural character of each harvest and the ongoing refinement of our packaging.

Nettle leaves introduce a gentle, earthy undertone that balances the cup, complemented by the bright golden hue of calendula petals.

A touch of vanilla extract rounds out the flavour with smooth, creamy sweetness. Naturally caffeine-free, this refined infusion is perfect for slow evenings, quiet moments, or whenever you want to savour a mellow, flavourful brew.

Ingredients

  • 40% Chamomile Flowers
    Floral, honeyed, subtly sweet
  • 20% Lemon Balm
    Bright, citrusy, with a soft herbal note
  • 15% Lavender Flowers
    Fragrant, floral, naturally aromatic
  • 15% Nettle Leaves
    Earthy depth, balancing the blend
  • 10% Calendula Petals
    Golden colour, visually warm and vibrant
  • Vanilla Extract
    Smooth, creamy, subtly sweet finish

Flavour Notes:

  • Aroma: Delicate chamomile, fresh lavender, and soft vanilla warmth.
  • Flavour: Mellow florals with a gentle citrusy sweetness and creamy vanilla finish.
  • Finish: Long and lingering with calming lavender and honeyed chamomile.

Brewing Instructions:

  • Tea Quantity

    1 teaspoon (2g) per cup (250ml).

  • Water Temp.

    90°C–95°C

  • Steep Time

    Steep for 4–5 minutes.

  • Infusion Yield

    Can be steeped 2–3 times.
