Orders are typically dispatched the next working day. You’ll receive tracking details once your parcel leaves us.

Standard shipping is available for a flat rate of $9.95, with free standard shipping on orders over $75.

Express shipping is also available for a flat rate of $14.95.

If your parcel is delayed or shows no tracking updates for 10 business days, contact us — we’ll investigate and arrange a replacement if needed. A re-delivery fee may apply for parcels returned to us due to an incorrect address or non-collection.

Our 30-Day Return Policy:

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you don’t love your tea, return it for free — even if opened — provided less than 10% has been consumed.

To start a return, email support@goodnesstea.com.au. Wait for approval before sending anything back. We’ll provide a prepaid return label and instructions. Returns without approval won’t be accepted.

For damaged, faulty, or incorrect items, contact us immediately so we can resolve it quickly. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days of approval. If you haven’t received it after 10 business days, please follow up.

A floral twist on traditional masala chai. The smooth, naturally caffeine-free base of green rooibos offers a light, gently sweet foundation. Warming cinnamon, ginger, and aromatic cardamom weave in layers of spice, creating balance and depth. A touch of lavender softens the finish with a delicate floral note, bringing elegance and harmony to the blend.

The result is a beautifully balanced infusion — richly spiced yet rounded by the natural sweetness of rooibos and the gentle floral character of lavender. Perfect for evenings or moments of quiet enjoyment, this blend can be savoured on its own or with milk for a more indulgent cup.

    Naturally sweet, smooth, and mellow
  • 20% Cinnamon Chips
    Warm, aromatic spice with depth
  • 15% Ginger Root
    Bright, zesty, adding warmth
  • 15% Cardamom Pods
    Fragrant and delicately spiced
  • 10% Lavender Flowers
    Soft floral touch for a balanced finish

Brewing Instructions:

  • Tea Quantity

    1 teaspoon (2g) per cup (250ml).

    95°C

  • Steep Time

    Steep for 5–6 minutes.

    Can be steeped 2–3 times.
