Shipping Information:

All orders are prepared and shipped from our Mornington Peninsula workshop via Australia Post.

Standard shipping is available for a flat rate of $9.95, with free standard shipping on orders over $75.

Express shipping is also available for a flat rate of $14.95.

Orders are dispatched within 2 business days. You’ll receive tracking details once your parcel leaves us.

If your parcel is delayed or shows no tracking updates for 10 business days, contact us — we’ll investigate and arrange a replacement if needed. A re-delivery fee may apply for parcels returned to us due to an incorrect address or non-collection.

Our 30-Day Return Policy:

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you don’t love your tea, return it for free — even if opened — provided less than 10% has been consumed.

To start a return, email support@goodnesstea.com.au. Wait for approval before sending anything back. We’ll provide a prepaid return label and instructions. Returns without approval won’t be accepted.

For damaged, faulty, or incorrect items, contact us immediately so we can resolve it quickly. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days of approval. If you haven’t received it after 10 business days, please follow up.

Our Packaging:

Our teas are sealed in premium foil pouches that lock in freshness and protect delicate flavours. These pouches are fully recyclable, with every element of our packaging designed for sustainability.

We minimise plastic use wherever possible, choosing materials with care for both quality and environmental impact.

Our photography and packaging may subtly vary in colour, shape, or design from the product you receive. These variations reflect the natural character of each harvest and the ongoing refinement of our packaging.

The delicate sweetness of chamomile flowers provides a soft, floral foundation, while dried lavender and lemon balm add a fragrant herbal depth. Dried orange peel offers a touch of brightness, balancing the floral notes with a refreshing citrus lift. Calendula petals lend a golden hue and subtle floral complexity, making this blend as visually beautiful as it is aromatic.

A touch of vanilla flavoured essence enhances the tea with a warm, velvety smoothness, gently rounding out the florals and citrus. The result is a beautifully balanced, naturally sweet infusion—perfect for evenings or any time you want to enjoy a gentle, floral cup.

    Soft, floral base with natural sweetness
  • 30% Lavender Flowers
    Fragrant, floral, adding aromatic depth
  • 15% Lemon Myrtle
    Bright, citrusy, enhancing the blend
  • 15% Orange Peel
    Gentle zest, balancing floral warmth
  • Vanilla Extract
    Soft, creamy sweetness for extra balance

Brewing Instructions:

    1 teaspoon (2g) per cup (250ml)
