All orders are prepared and shipped from our Mornington Peninsula workshop via Australia Post.

Standard shipping is available for a flat rate of $9.95, with free standard shipping on orders over $75.

Express shipping is also available for a flat rate of $14.95.

Orders are dispatched within 2 business days. You’ll receive tracking details once your parcel leaves us.

If your parcel is delayed or shows no tracking updates for 10 business days, contact us — we’ll investigate and arrange a replacement if needed. A re-delivery fee may apply for parcels returned to us due to an incorrect address or non-collection.

Our 30-Day Return Policy:

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you don’t love your tea, return it for free — even if opened — provided less than 10% has been consumed.

To start a return, email support@goodnesstea.com.au. Wait for approval before sending anything back. We’ll provide a prepaid return label and instructions. Returns without approval won’t be accepted.

For damaged, faulty, or incorrect items, contact us immediately so we can resolve it quickly. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days of approval. If you haven’t received it after 10 business days, please follow up.

Our teas are sealed in premium foil pouches that lock in freshness and protect delicate flavours. These pouches are fully recyclable, with every element of our packaging designed for sustainability.

We minimise plastic use wherever possible, choosing materials with care for both quality and environmental impact.

Jasmine Green Tea is a delicate yet aromatic blend, created by layering high-quality green tea leaves with fresh jasmine blossoms. The tea naturally absorbs the floral fragrance during this traditional scenting process, resulting in a beautifully balanced infusion. The smooth, slightly sweet green tea base harmonises with the heady jasmine notes, offering a refreshing cup with a light, lingering floral finish.

Enjoy it hot to appreciate its silky texture and depth of flavour, or iced for a vibrant, cooling floral infusion. Best savoured on its own to fully experience the elegant balance of green tea and jasmine.

Jasmine Green Tea dates back to the Song Dynasty, where it was prized for its calming floral fragrance and refreshing taste. Traditionally crafted by scenting green tea with freshly harvested jasmine blossoms, this tea has remained a beloved staple in Chinese tea culture, enjoyed for its elegance and aromatic depth.
