All orders are prepared and shipped from our Mornington Peninsula workshop via Australia Post.

Standard shipping is available for a flat rate of $9.95, with free standard shipping on orders over $75.

Express shipping is also available for a flat rate of $14.95.

Orders are dispatched within 2 business days. You’ll receive tracking details once your parcel leaves us.

If your parcel is delayed or shows no tracking updates for 10 business days, contact us — we’ll investigate and arrange a replacement if needed. A re-delivery fee may apply for parcels returned to us due to an incorrect address or non-collection.

Our 30-Day Return Policy:

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you don’t love your tea, return it for free — even if opened — provided less than 10% has been consumed.

To start a return, email support@goodnesstea.com.au. Wait for approval before sending anything back. We’ll provide a prepaid return label and instructions. Returns without approval won’t be accepted.

For damaged, faulty, or incorrect items, contact us immediately so we can resolve it quickly. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days of approval. If you haven’t received it after 10 business days, please follow up.

Our teas are sealed in premium foil pouches that lock in freshness and protect delicate flavours. These pouches are fully recyclable, with every element of our packaging designed for sustainability.

We minimise plastic use wherever possible, choosing materials with care for both quality and environmental impact.

An unoxidised version of traditional rooibos, offering a milder, fresher taste with delicate grassy and honeyed notes. Grown in the Cederberg region of South Africa, this naturally caffeine-free tea is celebrated for its smooth flavour and distinctive character. Unlike red rooibos, green rooibos is dried immediately after harvesting, preserving its light, slightly vegetal flavour and gentle, refreshing finish.

With its smooth and versatile profile, Green Rooibos Tea is perfect for any time of day. It can be enjoyed hot or iced, on its own, or blended with other herbs and fruits for a personalised infusion. Naturally sweet, it requires no added sugar, making it a flavourful alternative to traditional teas.
