All orders are prepared and shipped from our Mornington Peninsula workshop via Australia Post.

Standard shipping is available for a flat rate of $9.95, with free standard shipping on orders over $75.

Express shipping is also available for a flat rate of $14.95.

Orders are dispatched within 2 business days. You’ll receive tracking details once your parcel leaves us.

If your parcel is delayed or shows no tracking updates for 10 business days, contact us — we’ll investigate and arrange a replacement if needed. A re-delivery fee may apply for parcels returned to us due to an incorrect address or non-collection.

Our 30-Day Return Policy:

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you don’t love your tea, return it for free — even if opened — provided less than 10% has been consumed.

To start a return, email support@goodnesstea.com.au. Wait for approval before sending anything back. We’ll provide a prepaid return label and instructions. Returns without approval won’t be accepted.

For damaged, faulty, or incorrect items, contact us immediately so we can resolve it quickly. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days of approval. If you haven’t received it after 10 business days, please follow up.

A refined twist on a classic. The brisk, citrusy brightness of premium Ceylon black tea forms a lively base, enriched with warming cinnamon, aromatic cardamom, and the bold depth of clove. Chopped vanilla bean threads through the blend with a soft, velvety sweetness, mellowing the spice and adding a luxurious smoothness.

The result is a chai that is both vibrant and comforting — brisk yet rounded, spiced yet silky. Each sip opens with lively Ceylon notes before unfolding into a spiced sweetness that lingers on the palate. Beautifully balanced on its own, it also shines when brewed with milk for a decadent cup.

  • 20% Cinnamon Chips
    Warming, aromatic, adding spiced depth.
  • 15% Cardamom Pods
    Spicy, floral, adding luxurious warmth.
  • 10% Clove Buds
    Deepening spice profile with richness.
  • 2% Vanilla Bean (Chopped)
    Sweet, creamy, enhancing richness.
  • Vanilla Extract
    Intensifies creamy, comforting aroma.

Aroma: Deep black tea with warm cinnamon, fragrant cardamom, and creamy vanilla.
