Our Packaging:

Our ceremonial matcha is sealed in airtight metal tins, protecting it from light, air, and moisture to preserve its vibrant colour and delicate flavour. The tins are fully recyclable, yet crafted to be kept and reused for future storage or display.

We use food-grade metal with an internal lining that ensures purity and safety, free from toxins or heavy metals. Unlike glass or clear packaging, opaque tins shield matcha from light exposure, maintaining its freshness and potency.

Every element of our packaging is considered with care — designed to honour the tea inside while remaining sustainable and enduring.

Ceremonial-Grade Matcha Tea

Single Estate Green Tea

Grown in the storied hills of Uji, this ceremonial-grade matcha is a study in precision and restraint. For three weeks before harvest, tea plants are shaded to slow growth and intensify amino acids, deepening their umami character and luminous green hue. Only the youngest, most delicate leaves are hand-selected, then steamed and stone-ground in small batches to an impossibly fine texture.

The result is a vibrant emerald powder with extraordinary depth — smooth, creamy layers of savoury richness balanced by a whisper of sweetness and refined vegetal freshness. Best whisked traditionally, savoured slowly, or elevated further in a refined matcha latte, it is matcha at its purest and most exquisite.

Origin Story:

Grown in the misty hills of Uji, Japan, this matcha comes from tea fields with centuries of heritage. Local growers shade the plants for three weeks before harvest, a traditional practice that intensifies chlorophyll and L-theanine, giving the tea its vibrant green colour and rich, savoury depth. After hand-picking only the youngest leaves, artisans carefully steam and stone-grind them in small batches — a process that requires precision and patience. The result is a luminous, silky matcha celebrated for its balance and elegance, connecting every cup to the centuries-old mastery of Uji’s tea farmers.
