How do I reorder?
Once you’ve established your baseline, you can reorder individual tea pouches as you need them via our self-serve wholesale portal.
If you prefer to email your order to your Account Manager, that is also fine.
What is your minimum ongoing reorder quantity?
No minimum order quantity. We aim to be a flexible partner. After your initial collection, reorder minimums are kept low to ensure you can keep your stock fresh and your inventory lean.
Keep in mind that you will need to pay for standard shipping ($9.95 inc. GST) for each order though.
The Cafe Starter Kit ships for free.
Do you offer trading terms?
Yes. While the initial Cafe Starter Kit is a pre-paid "entry" order to establish your account, we offer 14-day trading terms on all subsequent wholesale reorders to assist with your café’s cash flow.
What is the shelf life for your tea?
Our teas are packed fresh in Australia and have a 12-month shelf life, though this collection is scaled to be sold through in under 2 months.
Is there separate stock for menu service and retail?
No—every pouch is retail-ready. This "unified stock" system keeps your inventory lean and saves storage space. It gives you the total flexibility to serve any pouch behind the bar or sell it directly from the shelf for a retail premium.
