All orders are shipped from Victoria, Australia. Orders are typically dispatched the next working day. You’ll receive tracking details once your parcel leaves us.

If your parcel is delayed or shows no tracking updates for 10 business days, contact us — we’ll investigate and arrange a replacement if needed. A re-delivery fee may apply for parcels returned to us due to an incorrect address or non-collection.

Our 30-Day Return Policy:

If you change your mind, you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Non-tea items (such as tea accessories) must be unopened, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Proof of purchase is required (for example, your order confirmation email).

To begin a return, contact us at support@goodnesstea.com.au. Please wait for approval before sending anything back — we’ll provide a return label and instructions. Returns sent without approval won’t be accepted.

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, let us know straight away so we can resolve it quickly.

If you’d like to exchange an item, we recommend placing a new order once your return is approved.

Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5 business days of approval. If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, contact us and we’ll follow it up.
