To begin a return, contact us at support@goodnesstea.com.au. Please wait for approval before sending anything back β€” we’ll provide a return label and instructions. Returns sent without approval won’t be accepted.

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, let us know straight away so we can resolve it quickly.

If you’d like to exchange an item, we recommend placing a new order once your return is approved.
